1979 Mazda RX7

Dyoned at just over 200hp to the wheels. (Stock is ~105hp)12lb aluminum flywheel and Centerforce clutch are installed.

Carbs are dual Weber 2-barrel progressive downdrafts off of an Alfa Romeo.

Tuned by a factory Mazda race mechanic. (Jets and emulsion tubes themselves have been modified)Ignition system upgraded to period correct electronic ignition. (All wiring is still in place to easily convert back to points-style ignition if so desired.)

There is currently no rev-limiter installed. I was told rotating assembly is balanced through 12k rpm's. have not rev'd past 9k :)

A/C belt has been removed but all other A/C components remain in place.

Exhaust is Racing Beat brand from headers to tail pipe.

Paint is 1976 Corvette yellow everywhere except for engine bay. Paint type is Dupont Imron aircraft paint.

Suspension is TMC lowering springs and Tokico gas shocks w/ fully adjustable camber plates. All front control arms, bushings, tie rods, steering linkage, and sway bar links are 3 years old.
All bushings throughout the entire car are polyurethane.

Transmission and limited slip rear end are out of a 1983 RX7. (1979 had a 4 speed trans and drum brakes rear)All brake lines are stainless braided. Clutch master, soft line, and slave cylinder were replaced last year w/ OE Mazda parts.
